We use your information to give you access to lessons you have paid for, to answer your questions, and to keep records of sales as the law requires. We process this information because it is needed to provide the services you asked for, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our courses, and because we are legally required to keep sales and tax records.
Only the services that make the site work: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and Zoom for the live sessions. Orders, payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes your order details, payment, tax compliance and invoicing on our behalf. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
We use encryption in transit, password-protected accounts, and access controls so only those who need your information can reach it. Card details are handled entirely by Paddle and are never seen or stored by us.
Registrations and purchases are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Please don’t include health or diagnostic details about a child in the notes box.
Workshop registrations are kept for up to two years after the session. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email support@focusbridgeadhdmembership.org. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not remove your course access.
