Refund Policy

Our promise

If the self-study course isn’t right for you, email support@focusbridgeadhdmembership.org within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason, though we always appreciate the feedback.

How to request a refund

Email support@focusbridgeadhdmembership.org from the address you used at checkout, or include the order number from your receipt. We reply to every request and aim to do so within two business days.

When you’ll get your money

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our payment provider processes them, and banks usually show the money within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, access to the five lessons ends automatically and the lesson links stop working for your account.
