We sell a recorded self-study course made up of five video lessons, plus a downloadable facilitator slide deck.
The self-study course is a one-time purchase in US dollars. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and issues your receipt. Prices shown include any tax we are required to collect. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive access to all five lesson links straight away.
You may create an account with your email address so you can return to your lessons at any time. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Access is for you personally and is not transferable. Access continues for as long as we offer the course, and we will give reasonable notice before withdrawing it.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the details. When a refund is issued, access to the lessons ends.
Please do not share, download, resell, re-upload or publicly screen the lessons, the facilitator deck, or any other material we provide. We may end access without a refund where material is shared or copied in breach of these terms.
The lessons, facilitator deck, this website, and our names, logos and other branding are and remain our property (or the property of our licensors). Buying the course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use that material for its intended purpose — it does not transfer ownership. You may not resell, redistribute or create derivative works from it.
Our lessons are educational. They are not medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
The services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the site or lessons will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. Video links point to third-party hosting, and we are not responsible for changes those services make.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything connected with these services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
